"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
The return process was a bit slow, and I had to send a few emails before the refund came through. It wasn’t the quickest experience, but everything did get sorted in the end, so I’m okay with it.

"Not really worth the price"
I paid way more than I expected and I don’t really feel like it was worth it. To make it worse, I had to wait in a long queue before even getting sorted, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. I’ve bought cheaper options elsewhere that worked just as well for me.

"Not great quality"
Ordered from spooky2-mall.com. It works, but feels cheap. Buttons are loose. Case had little marks on it already. For the price, I expected better. Not useless. Just disappointing.

"community help was kinda hit or miss"
I tried using the forum for help and it was okay I guess, but replies took a while and the support info felt a bit all over the place.. not terrible, just kinda confusing when I needed a quick answer

"Didn’t feel comfortable placing an order"
I was looking around spooky2-mall.com and just didn’t feel totally comfortable ordering from it. A few parts of the site felt a little unclear, and it didn’t really give me the confidence I usually look for before buying online.

I tried to find more details before checking out, but I kept wishing the instructions and information were clearer. I expected things like payment, shipping, and product details to be easier to understand, and I didn’t see enough signs that made me feel secure.

Maybe others have had a better experience, but I decided not to go through with the order. For me personally, it just didn’t feel like a site I was ready to trust with my money.

"Worked better than I thought it would"
I ordered my Spooky2 kit from Spooky2-mall, i wasn’t really sure what to expect at first. The setup wasn’t hard exactly, well, it did take me a little while to figure everything out, but after using it for a few weeks, I started noticing I felt a bit more settled and was sleeping somewhat better.

Some of the programs didn’t seem to do much for me, so I wouldn’t say it’s perfect. Still, overall it’s been useful enough that I’m going to keep using it. Shipping was fine too. I’d give it 4 stars

"Not a great first impression"

"Spooky2 software feels confusing and slow to figure out"
I tried using the Spooky2 software, it wore me out quickly. The layout feels outdated and cluttered, and I kept clicking around trying to figure out where things were. I don’t mind learning new software, but I got frustrated waiting on myself to find basic stuff that should’ve been easier to access.

There are so many menus and settings, but not enough clear guidance built in. I watched a few videos and still felt like I was missing something. I’m sure it makes sense once you already know your way around, but as a regular user, it felt confusing and way more time-consuming than it needed to be.

"Shipping overseas took forever"
My order finally showed up after like 5 weeks, which felt way too long. The tracking hardly ever updated and when I asked support, they just kept telling me to wait more. The product itself was okay, but the whole shipping thing was annoying.

"Felt overwhelming at first, but it really helped"
I checked out the training videos and guides before placing my order, i was a little overwhelmed at first. Some of it didn’t click right away, but once I went through it and used the support links, things started making a lot more sense. I was relieved because it helped me figure out what goes with what before buying. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall it was helpful

"Still waiting on my order"
Ordered from Spooky2-mall and the shipping’s been a mess. Tracking barely moved, and the delivery date passed with nothing showing up.

I emailed them and got a short “wait a few more days” type reply. It’s been weeks now, still no package.

Maybe some people had better luck, but mine’s been unreliable start to finish. I wouldn’t order again...

"Took Me a Bit to Figure Out"
The order itself was totally fine, no issues there. But setting everything up? Yeah, that took longer than I expected. At first I was just staring at it like, okay… am I missing something? I ended up reading around and watching a few videos before it finally clicked. It works okay now, so I’m not unhappy with it, but I definitely wouldn’t call it super beginner-friendly.

"Support got back to me pretty..."
Support got back to me quickly, which made me wonder if it was just a copy-paste reply at first. But after one follow-up, they actually cleared up my question and it all worked out. Overall, good service. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
Shipping was a lot slower than I thought it would be. My order took almost three weeks to arrive, and the tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left guessing the whole time.
I get that delays happen, and maybe there was something going on behind the scenes, but it definitely made me realize I wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something by a certain date. The product may be fine, but the long wait made the whole experience frustrating.

I’ll be honest, I felt kind of embarrassed trying to use Spooky2-mall because I kept clicking around and still couldn’t find what I needed. The pages felt a bit cluttered to me, and it took way longer than I expected. I did manage to get through checkout eventually, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. Maybe it’s easier if you already know your way around the site, but as a first-time user I found it frustrating

"Got the wrong parts and still waiting"
I ordered a few parts from spooky2-mall.com, but two of the items that showed up were wrong. I contacted support, but it’s been slow going, and I keep having to explain the same issue over and over like they’re not reading the previous messages. I still don’t have what I actually paid for, which is really frustrating.

"Support was rough, honestly not worth it"
I really wanted to like this, and at first I was trying to stay patient, but the support experience just wore me out. I waited days thinking someone would actually help, and when they finally replied it barely solved anything. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was frustrating and kind of disappointing. Not the worst thing ever, I guess, but definitely not worth the stress.

"Bad timing on my part, but got the hang of it"
The site and products are good, I just happened to start using it when I didn’t really have the time or patience to figure things out. It took me a few tries to understand how everything worked, so the timing wasn’t great on my end. Now that I’ve gotten used to it, everything’s working fine.
